Lindsay Lohan sued financial company E-Trade over a commercial video that was released during Superbowl where Lindsay was present. The “milkaholic” baby in its commercial who is also named “Lindsay” is modeled after her without her permission. That’s why she wants $100 million for all the trouble that might have caused her due to the Ad.

As NYPost Reported: The ad — part of a series starring babies who play the stock market — features a boy apologizing to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before. “And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” the baby girl asks him suspiciously. “Lindsay?” the boy replies, just before a baby girl sticks her head into the frame and slurs, “Milk-a-what?”

Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna.”Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit,” Ovadia said.

Lindsay is claiming that the company might have used any name like “Susan,” however they decided to choose her name. Now everyone’s talking about this. And this is causing a lot of trouble to her. Lindsay’s Lawyer claimed that Lohan is entitled to $50 million in exemplary damages, plus another $50 million in compensatory damages. Must Say nice move baby Lindsay.

Marie Osmond’s Son, Michael Bryan Funeral was attended by more than 450 people, who reportedly committed suicide on February 26 by jumping from the 8th floor of his apartment in Los Angeles. He was 18 years old and the suicide note was later found by his friend Ruthann Clawson, which clearly stated that he had a hard time to adapt with others.

Michael’s Mother Said, “I’m proud of my son and I honor his birth mother who’s here today who gave me the greatest gift,” Osmond said. “Thank you for those beautiful 18 years.” His brother said,”My brother was funny and he made me laugh,” she said. “I liked playing the game Colors with Mike in our pool. My brother wrote a song about me that said I made him very happy. See, he did love me the most!”

The autopsy of Marie Osmond’s son, Michael Blosil, is complete, but the cause of death is “deferred” — we’re told pending toxicology results. We’re told the L.A. County Coroner has completed the autopsy but has listed the cause of death as “deferred” — meaning they will not say definitively until the various toxicological reports are in … which will take weeks.

The internet is abuzz over the question whether there will be any My Life as Liz Season 2? Last night there was a finale aired on MTV and was named â??The End of the Beginningâ? which featured Liz, so there is a question in every mind whether this is a season finale or series finale?

The show is based on an 18 year old girl Liz Lee and her struggle to deal with life in her Texas Town. so it’s a reality show based on staged events on one person’s life. As of now it looks like there won’t be any season 2 for the show. Also Liz planning to leave the town and moving to New York was shown on the finale.

However there are many other people who are saying that Liz will be back for another season as the series is extremely popular and also there is an online petition looking to get over 10,000 signatures to make sure the show comes back to the network later this year. So as of now what we can do is wait and watch till the next season arrives.
